Wizkid came from a polygamous home the family of Mr alhaji muniru olatunji balogun and late Mrs Jane dilapo balogun wizkid Dad is a father of thirteen children with three wives, wizkid have two sisters from his mother his elder sister Yetunde Awoniyi, and Lade balogun his little sister, the family resident is currently in Surule Lagos Nigerian.

He attended ijebu ode grammar school for both his primary and secondary school later proceeded to University of Lagos after some period he left to pursue music.
