Poco grew up in Lagos state Nigerian with his sister but was conceived and born by Mr Kenneth Iweh and Mrs Augustina being the third Child in the family of five.

Poco attended Nigerian Navy primary school Okokomaiko in Ojo but his secondary education was in command day in Ojo barracks Lagos, obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in university of Lagos.

Poco lee career actually began as a street dancer, he is well known in his area as a master of ceremonies and also a hype man, poco finally found his breakthrough when he danced to one of Zlatan music which he shared on the social media do to how viral the video went, poco was later invited by Zlatan for a video dance from that point he became widely known in the entertainment industry and always featured in several music videos.
Poco dropped the story in an interview discovered how the name poco lee came to existent, back in his music class, an Italian music group by named poco means little by little and he was the smallest among them, so he was given the name Poco, he added lee to make it unique.
