Joel Ofori Bonsu is a Ghanaian singer, songwriter born October
19, 2002, in Konongo Ghana, publicly known with the name
Olivertheboy, his genre of song is mostly Afro pop, afrobeat,
he is currently signed into Sony music’s Columbia records
subsidiary with Bu Vision entertainment.
Education
Joel did his secondary education at Opoku Ware senior high school in Kumasi, Ashanti region of Ghana later enrolled into university of Ghana to pursue a degree.
Career
Oliver career in music started after his basic school before he enrolled into university, in 2020, he released his debut Ep titled “Avana, which “Goodsin, happened to be the lead single the sound finally promote him from being an upcoming artist to an international music star.
He is currently in a recording deal with Columbia records subsidiary with Bu Vision entertainment, in June 2023 he was recognized as the Apple Music up next star.
